Customized Collection Strategies

We custom design our collection strategies with the assistance and concurrence of the individual hospitals. We can program a collection letter series that determines when initial and subsequent dunning notices are sent to patients. The letter series is incorporated into the collection strategy that can automatically generate and send a notice the day following assignment.

Telephone communication with patients can commence at a timeframe that best suits the sensitivity of individual hospitals. Based on the outcome of our initial patient contact, we can revisit and modify the calling parameters accordingly.

Our subsequent telephone contact is determined by the response to the initial call. If a collector determines that the patient needs frequent reminder calls, the patient will be contacted accordingly.
